3D visualisation of a living room with a curved navy velvet sofa, sculptural marble and brass coffee tables, and a cascading crystal chandelier in a mirrored circular ceiling, with floor-to-ceiling city views.

Overview :

We built the home around a rich, layered palette of marble, warm metallics, deep woods and sumptuous fabrics, with generous proportions and statement lighting giving each room a sense of occasion. Bespoke furniture and detailed joinery bring craftsmanship to every surface, while a carefully controlled palette keeps the luxury cohesive rather than loud.

The result is a residence that feels both commanding and welcoming, made for entertaining and just as comfortable on an ordinary evening.

3D visualisation of a large living room with two seating areas under crystal chandeliers set in mirrored circular ceilings, with navy and ivory armchairs, marble and walnut coffee tables, and a bookmatched marble feature wall.

3D visualisation of a double-height foyer with a floating staircase in brass and glass under a spiralling crystal chandelier, opening onto a marble dining area with a sculptural gold chandelier.

3D visualisation of a home bar with a black marble counter, fluted brass bar stools in navy velvet, backlit brass-framed bottle shelving and a flowing gold mesh ribbon chandelier.

3D visualisation of a dark, moody lounge with a large mosaic mural of a classical figure holding a butterfly, three black leather sofas, nested black marble and brass coffee tables, and brass globe wall lights.

Constraints :

Site orientation, climate, and environmental factors influenced the spatial layout and material choices. The design required careful integration with the landscape.

3D visualisation of a master bedroom with an ivory bouclé bed against a textured panelled wall, a curved terracotta sofa by the window, an onyx-clad TV wall and a sculptural ribbon chandelier.

3D visualisation of a bedroom TV wall in veined brown onyx above a floating walnut console, with fluted ivory panelling, moulded doors and lit glass-and-bronze shelving.

3D visualisation of a master bedroom with a mocha velvet bed against a backlit rough-stone feature wall, a velvet bench on a polished brass base and a curved sofa by the window.

3D visualisation of a bedroom TV wall with an architectural mural flanked by walnut fluted panels, a black marble-top console, rough-stone walls and brass-framed open shelving.

3D visualisation of a powder room in dark veined marble with a monolithic white stone pedestal basin, an organic brass-framed mirror and a cluster of glass globe pendants.

3D visualisation of a dining area with a marble-top table, cream and tan chairs, and a sculptural gold branch chandelier hanging from a mirrored ceiling recess, with a floating black staircase behind.

Outcome :

The villa delivers a refined living experience that blends architecture with nature. The result is a space that feels open, balanced, and deeply connected to its environment.
